Documentation for traders, builders and teams.
Learn how to design, backtest and automate strategies using ArthYugma’s suite: Backtest Hub, AlgoDesigner Studio and Stock‑Exchanger Engine.
1. Getting started
ArthYugma is a suite of tools that help you move from idea to executable strategy: design, backtest, refine, and then automate your trades via supported brokers.
- Create an account or request access from the ArthYugma team.
- Describe your strategy rules, timeframe and instruments.
- Choose your data source and preferred execution setup.
2. Platforms overview
ArthYugma currently focuses on three pillars:
Backtest Hub
Upload rules or code, run historical tests on NSE / NFO, and iterate quickly.
AlgoDesigner Studio
Work with the team to translate ideas into clean, production‑ready code.
Stock‑Exchanger Engine
Deploy strategies to live markets with broker + risk controls in place.
3. Backtest Hub · core workflow
- Define your universe: indices, stock lists, or option instruments.
- Specify entry, exit, sizing and risk logic (manually or via code).
- Choose lookback window, timeframe and data source.
- Run tests, then review equity curve, drawdowns and trade logs.
For complex options structures, the team can help encode leg logic, adjustments and rolling rules so that your backtests match real usage.
4. Stock‑Exchanger · going live carefully
Stock‑Exchanger moves a validated strategy from backtest to live execution. A typical flow looks like:
- Connect your supported broker and verify API credentials.
- Set position sizing, max daily loss and guardrails.
- Run paper trading or sandbox sessions to validate behaviour.
- Gradually scale real capital once behaviour is stable.
You retain full control over when a strategy is enabled, paused or stopped from the dashboard.
5. APIs, webhooks and integration
Use webhooks to trigger orders from external systems, or let ArthYugma call your endpoints with fills and status events.
Trade logs, P&L and key metrics can be exported for your own dashboards or risk monitoring tools.
For detailed integration docs and sample payloads, request access from support@arthyugma.com.
6. Accounts, security and support
Each workspace can have multiple users with different access levels. Use the dashboard to update profile, access and notifications.
For incidents or questions, reach out via email or raise a ticket from within the dashboard. Critical trading issues are prioritised.
